The first biggest nugget is communication. keeping prospects engaged is very important. I’m learning to ask better questions. The second biggest nugget is Clarity. Assuming without clarity will lose future business partners and or clients. Getting concise and clear answers/responses keeps both parties on the same page without a misunderstanding.
